Section: Vol.I: the Commoners

Mr V. Kopelev (of the City of Moscow)

The armiger is one of the leaders of the building business in Moscow. The achievement includes the insignia of the Order “For the Services to the Fatherland”, 2nd class. Other awards, including numerous Soviet orders, are not displayed for the reasons of simplicity and taste. Arms were designed by D. Ivanov, GHA[R], and assumed by the armiger in 2005.
