Section: Vol.I: the CommonersMessrs Labutin (of the City of St. Petersburg)Author and artist: Michael Medvedev, GHA[R]Arms were designed for Colonel General (“full general”) Dr. Labutin and assumed by him and his family in 2003. The “polkan” (a monster derived from the Russian fairy tales) stands for a tank.
