Mr M. Shelkovenko (of the City of Ryazan)

Mikhail K. Shelkovenko is a member of the federal Heraldry Council and of the Heraldry Commission of the Province of Ryazan; he is also the vice-chairman and a founding member of the Guild of heraldic artists, and has the State-awarded title of “the Artist of Merit”. Arms were designed by the armiger in collaboration with M. Medvedev, GHA[R] and assumed in 2002.
